Black Ops PC Stutter

I recorded it with a camera so as to not take up more resources on the computer with Fraps or any other screen recording software. Computer specs: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @ 3.2GHz Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 4GB nVidia 8800GT This game stutters like mad. My fps dip into the teens at times but usually hover around high 20s and low 30s. It doesn’t matter whether the graphics settings are set to max @ 1680*1050 res, or if it’s at the lowest settings @ 1024*768 res. It seems it plagues all those with a 2 core CPU and some quad core users. I’ve noticed my graphics card barely even gets stressed with this game. This is the first game where my GPU doesn’t get pass 68*C and it idles at around ~59*C. With other games, my GPU’s temp under load is around the high 70s. SP was MUCH worse than this. I couldn’t play it at all.
