Whenever I try to burn a movie I download to dvd audio&video goes out of sync?

Question by Rfrfff R: Whenever I try to burn a movie I download to dvd audio&video goes out of sync?
I have used all sorts of freeware software….my encoding seems to match when I watch it on the pc, and my burner seems to work fine making copies of dvd’s that are in sync….What could it be ?

Freeware is only as good as you paid for it.
