Our house listed on 3/7/10 and we have had a lot of traffic but no offers. My home is priced $ 30K less than what is selling in my neighborhood however is just as updated if not more. We have dropped the price 3 times. It is advertised on the area’s MLS system along with a dozen other websites and newspapers. We have had 2 Open Houses. The first, no one showed, and the second 2 people showed. I am looking for constructive responses.

My home is walking distance to Historic Bethlehem, PA. On Main St. there are cute shops, pubs, and restaurants. The road is all brick and there are 2 Ivy League colleges in walking distance. Is there a way to advertise to the rich college parents? They can buy our house and have their kids friends rent it during the semester….is that common?
