This will be introduced when the new Late Nights expansion pack is released in October this year!
Currently the closest you can get is in some careers like music where you can become a “rock star”
There is a charisma award that allows you to be a “celebrity” when you become acquaintances with lots of people in the town, but it doesn’t really mean anything and there is nothing like what is said to be included in the new expansion pack!
