if so what is it called and can the director of the film make the trailers or does a specific person make them?

Media/radio/film is probeley best way to get into that kind of industry. ‘Voice over’, ‘Narrattor’ ‘Film adverisement’ ‘PR’ i presume is what youd need to look into.
