Question by John: What in high school do i have to do to get into a good college? 10 points to best answer!?
I am 14 going into high school as a freshman this year. I’m very nervous and I was wondering what i had to do to get into a good colllege. Such as gpa, sat, volunteer hours, extracurricular activies, awards, and etc. Also how do i get straight A’s. I tried my middle school years and received A’s and B’s never did I receive C’s.
I play tennis and will probally make it into varsity.
I play guitar a little bit and clarinet a little bit and piano a little bit. The level i am at guitar can get me into youth group.
I’m into movie making(animations and filming in general) i’m thinking of entering the pacific pan festival, if i win does that benefit my high school application?
I am also thinking of joining the debate club because I love to debate.
What other things could help me with getting into a good college?
What type of schedule should i have? Should i have any time to play computer or just sleep around?
How do i receive straight A’s? Should i pay attention do my homework first, study all nighters?
