Question by Jessie: how do i draw on a movie clip?
Im trying to make a movie and I want to be able to draw onto the movie clip and using my voice as a guide…

You can sketch out your drawings and take photos of your drawings. Then use MS Movie Maker. You import your pictures, Then make your movie. With MS Movie Maker you can also add transitions and special effects too. It’s really easy to use.
