good movie making program?

Question by Kyle W: good movie making program?
im new to the movie making stuff and i need something to edit the movies i make and stuff like that so i can add songs and slow it down etc. i need a free program thats good and wont give me spyware or crap like that.. please help
my computer doesnt have windows movie maker how do i install just that

Windows Movie Maker has all the capabilities you will need for simple home editing. It has a lot of information on it as well, so it should be easy to figure it out pretty quickly. And it should already be installed on your computer.
