Question by hey: has anyone ever used cafepress?
its where you upload images or scripts or many different things to the site, and if someone buys it they’ll print it and you get small profit. i was wondering if anyone has used it. if so have you sold anything, and what are the hottest sellers?

Ive used them. There are many PoD sites out there (print on demand) and Ive used most of them. I think CafePress is the easiest and the best to start at. The free shop is really free, no minumums or hidden charges, and its easy. Also the forums are a ton of help.
Hottest sellers is hard to answer. Apparently T-shirts are but it depends on your stuff. Some do alot of dog stuff so the doggie T’s are, for other people its the barbeque aprons, the artists do more posters and tiles, office humor is good on mugs, and the geek stuff works well on mousepads. Oh yeah the politial stuff sells alot of pins.
If you mean what kind of designs sells.. I guess the witty text is the leader. But again it depends on your stuff, and how you market it. The artists have problems but I think thats mostly because they dont tend to do good descriptions that work well with search engines. Some of the very unique niche stuff can have problems but that can be beat by marketing yourself as an affiliate to niche websites.
