time I try it says unsupported format. I’ve got itunes..that didnt work…if you can help please remember i am an idiot so need an idiots guide step by step how to do it ..thankx

You need a converter. But try this, open itunes, drag the song you want to use onto your desktop. it should just copy a short cut the your desktop. And then try to upload the song, from the desktop copy into WMM.
