For example: A website that looks like a online store but when someone buys something they get a download link and they get to download their product.

There are plenty of e-commerce plug-ins for WordPress that will allow you to do that. Also, look for an auto responder that will automatically send the customer a link to the product. If you are not using WordPress, your hosting site should have Simple-Scripts built-in. Simple-Scripts will automatically install it for you.
