I need a piece for two females.I havent had much luck looking for a good piece.

http://www.simplyscripts.com, www.dailyscript.com www.scriptcrawler.net have scripts from movies, tv, anime, radio, oscars, plays, musicals, and scripts that were ‘unproduced’. However, these scripts are long. (http://www.imsdb.com/ also has movie scripts).

http://www.actingscenes.com/ provides scripts from scenes so they are shorter, and they have a page featuring duet scripts.

http://www.playdatabase.com provides a system where you can select criteria for play scripts you are searching for e.g. the number of characters and their gender.

http://www.playsandmusicals.co.uk/frame.htm has an extensive list where you can select from scripts both long and one act.

http://www.10-minute-plays.com/ provides very short plays and short plays generally feature small amounts of characters.

Katie bb once recommended: Tennesse Williams wrote “The Glass Menagerie” There is a very dramatic scene between the mother and the daughter in that play. A lot of emotion can come out of it. You should read the entire play before you act it out though for the knowledge.
