I want to start making videos, just any kind you know? More of a hobby. But I don’t have the slightest clue on where to start or any knowledge on how to. Any help or pointers or programs that you guys use would be a HUGE help.
I also was wondering a few things. Can you make duplicates of yourself in film? (eg. Throw yourself a ball and have the duplicate of you catch it? or have a fight scene with yourself, or race/competition?)
Also, How do you pull that Matrix thing with Neo fighting Smith, and there was hundreds of smiths watching? Can you pull like a 300 movie style where its like a massive war with all copies of yourself?
How do you do that Light-saber technique, is it very easy to catch onto? Do you need like a green room or something? ( or even pull off something like that Star-Wars kid did, just…Not look as silly as that guy did.) =P
I would also like to make just spoof videos, like a real person final fantasy thing or putting myself into a movie and making a spoof of that, or even fixing up a fake interview and making that seem funny. = )
Any help/tips or programs or even tutorials on how to do things such as these, if you know, would be greatly appreciated. Or even a tutorial on how to use Photoshop! (I have searched all over on the internet and couldn’t find any real good tutorials that made sense, and that don’t teach from scratch.)
I downloaded the newest Photoshop from a person so I don’t have the manual or anything.

If you have Windows you can use Windows Movie Maker and if you have Windows 7 you can download Windows Live Movie Maker, these are easy to understand, starter programs, later you might use Sony Vegas Pro or Camtasia Studio and about your cloning thing, start on Windows Movie Maker and move to Vegas Pro for green screen options, search a bit for how to do it but you will need to have a green screen (or any other color) Hope this helps, watch my videos on YouTube, http://www.youtube.com/tommy4578/
