When I watch a TV show or a movie that isn’t HD on my HD DirecTV, the picture comes in a little fuzzy. But when I click guide, the showing in the top right corner comes in crystal-clear. How do I make the picture always crystal-clear? (I already tried every setting…480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i…stretch, crop, and pillar box.)

Simply switch over to the HD channel for that specific TV station.
They do provide both SD and HD channels for MOST TV stations.
That’ll make it super noise-free…
