Are there any available effect/transition addons for Windows Movie Maker online?

Question by Hitsuke: Are there any available effect/transition addons for Windows Movie Maker online?
I have been messing around with Windows Movie Maker for a while now and I find that it just doesn’t have enough effects to fit my needs. If anyone out there can help me out on where to find additional effects I can put into WMM then that’ll be awesome. Or if anyone knows of any free movie making programs that supply a wider range of effects then please link them to me. Thanks
