I am attempting to make a web page and I want to know how you install a paypal cgi script to sell items from my web page. I would imagine that all scripts are activated the same.

On a typical (Linux-Apache) server, you upload the script to your cgi-bin directory and set the file permissions to executable for all users. Some servers are fussy about using Unix-style line terminations, in which case you will need to run dos2unix (Google for it) on the file to get it to run if the file has been edited on a Windows machine.
