Yes, you could. But you need to understand that the lens is fixed as at wide angle (170º ultra wide angle in 720p mode and 127º wide angle in 1080p mode) which may not be ideal for all scenes. On the other hand, doing video projects with one of those angles may make your project interesting, unique.
