im making an independent movie about a teen who leaves the house but leaves the house and has a psychological disorder who takes some pills but looses them and goes crazy. can you give some ideas for the plot or a turning point in the movie or just advise.

if the idea is that the kid losses the pills, and goes crazy – the turning point/plot could be HE DID ACTUALLY TAKE THE PILLS, HE IS JUST CRAZY ANYWAY??
make a point that pills that are meant to be ‘helping’ make him owrse..adn could lead to undesired consequences – does he do something, that he won’t remember?
