Hey. Thanks for reading/helping.
I’m Female, 13, 5’9″, and 128ish pounds. I saw an ad that Angelina Jolie is my same height and 120 pounds, and I thought that would be a good goal for me. (And please don’t say that I shouldn’t be concerned with fake movie star weights.)
I’m pretty slim, but not super toned up and can tend to get a bit bloated some times, which makes me look so fat and… ugly. So since I’m long and lean, I know you’ll say that I don’t need to lose any weight, but I want to try. I eat very healthy and my exercise is below, but I want to lose about 8 pounds. Or maybe even 5! Please help with ideas and such.
Exercise: I have been on a swim team all this summer. I lap for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours every day. During the “school” season, I dance at a dance school, but not much because it’s hard for my parents to afford it. 🙁
I recently purchased 2 pound hand weights, so what can I do with that (I have a bit of flubber under my arms in my tricep area.)
Also I would love to strengthen my legs for that, any “hard-core” workout ideas that I can do for that?
So, exercise ideas, healthy snacks, tips, tricks, anything?? Thanks so much!
