i have a sonywebbie hd and when i play my viedos on windows movie make to see if it works it stops and goes and stuters. So i checked the specs of what it needs. Everything is fine exepy my proceser speed is to slow for hd so i put it to normal quality and it still has the same problem i need help.

Your processor may still be having issues. Check your CPU when you import your video and make sure it is not pegged at 100%. Since the import occurs in real time if your processor is working too hard frames will be dropped.
To check your CPU hold down ctrl + alt + del and go to the task manager.
You can either import at a lower quality setting, use another capture program, or send your stuff to a video transfer service.
