Hi, my friends and I have a script and everything all written out, and a setting and a nice camera. This is not like a jackass or nything, its supposed to be a low budget horror film such as blair witch. If we filmed the movie and its decent whats the next step to get it into theaters or published? Im completly serious about this.

You can submit it to various festivals. There are literally thousands. Who knows, it might just hit. Other than that, look for distribution. Getting your movie into theatres isn’t something that happens overnight. Especially if it’s your first feature film. In fact, the odds of getting any movie that’s not put out by a studio into theatres are slim to none. You have to make a name for yourself first, or have a star that will draw a crowd out to the theatre.
