Question by CodyG: Is it possible to use someone’s music for your movie and not have to pay them?
I’m making an independent horror film and there’s music I have found that fits my movie. I don’t know exactly how to get the permission to use someones music especially when they’re famous. Is it okay if I just use their music and put them in the credits?

No, you need permission. It’s otherwise illegal.
