I was using cyberlink powerDirector but it freezes cuz it uses 100% of cpu. What is the best program for making movies? Is Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 10 any good?

I’m not sure if it’s that good, but I’ve seen someone showing you what it can do. But I have a Mac so you can’t install it and I have better software.
Other than that, try LightWorks – http://www.lightworksbeta.com/
It’s also free and used to be used by professionals.
