Hi, I have a movie with 36MB and I did upload it to utube but a message appeared “it too long !!” so in what mean could I make it in 2 or 3 parts?

It depend from which format it is.

If it is a .avi you can use Virtualdub
If it is a .wmv you can use movie maker
