THE CASTLE OF SOULS – CARBURY CASTLE, IRELAND

During my trip to Ireland, I joined up with friend and fellow film maker, the Director Jason Figgis and his Dad Peter to visit Carbury Castle, a derelict and forlorn building in County Kildare to investigate the castle and nearby cemetery. The castle as you will see was very active, although dangerous at night as the floor had collapsed into the wet bog peat making walking trecherous over the rubble strewn ground.
