Is there a program out there where you can create your own movies with characters you made, add motion to them in setting. Not a movie editing program… but a movie-making program. I’m a Communications major looking to get a program that I can create characters and settings, having them have motions and dialogue throughout a movie.

You could always try softwares like Adobe Flash (Animation) or a free software Blender (3D Animation).
