I have windows movie maker version 6.0. How do I make a movie in slow motion and in fast motion?

what you do is you record a video on your camera then you put it on your computer move it on to windows movie maker then go to effects and drag the slow motion on the video and then if you want fast motion then do the same thing and if you want to publish it then you press publish movie wait for it to download then you can put it on youtube to.
