Animation movie idea help?

I want to make a animation with flash for fun and i have some ideas but i dont know how i should develop them. Can you please leave suggestions on how i could make the movie (like have this happen here). Or if you feel like you have a good idea please post it. thxs 😀
Idea 1.) I want it to be in like an elevator. I want it to be funny and something clever happen at the end. and if possible i would like the quote “dance like no one is watching, and when you see people are laugh your butt off.” to have some meaning in it (i dont want the quote in it but like something that happens makes you think of that quote.
Idea 2.) I want it to be about how things change but you have to live with them cuz you cant change them. I really dont know how i would do this so please help me.

You could have one like, where your in an elevator and your staying the same, but the numbers on the top of the elevator change but the people (your friends) grow old around you as they go up and you stay the same to show that people change and you can just stand and watch or something?
