I am confused with many people saying its illegal. and others saying its legal, the way I see it. should be legal. because if its illegal. why its able to download. if its something that can cause people go to jail. this whole software should be paid. to me does not make sence. ok I can download Emule in my computer. but I can’t download.movies ?does that make sence? not to me it doesn’t because I wont have Emule just to have it in my computer, I must have a purpose of using emule. what I see illegal is this. if I make copies of the film and sell it in public places THATS ILLEGAL!!! but if its for my personal use it shouldn’t be illegal. because how can I just have emule or anyother sharing program downloaded in my computer. and not use it. then to people say its illegal. otherwise my computer shouldn’t allowed these programs to download. if its illegal

Having the program isn’t illegal.
Downloading stuff isn’t illegal.
But sharing stuff is illegal.
