i wanna make this video of pictures to a song, like me and my friends already took pictures to go with the lyrics, but i dont know what program i can use, any suggestions? and its not really a slide show.

Do you mean to add lyrics on background picture(s) while playing music? Easy for Wondershare Movie Story, with it you can add lyric on any picture you want, both static or animated lyrics. Making your own music video is simple.
