What computer is best for making movies?

I know apples are the best but i really can’t afford much. which one would be next hp dell compaq ?

No brand of PC is better for making movies. It’s all about the OS. Most PC’s come with Windows preinstalled. And Windows is pretty decent for video editing. But I’d say OS X is the best for video editing
