Question by American Male: I’m gonna snap! How do I make my movie editing software?
move smoothly? I have Sony Vegas. When I’m editing, my previewed movie is choppy. It skips frames. I have an HP with Windows Vista, AMD Dual core 5000+ 2.6Ghz, 2GB RAM, 32bit op. system. I just bought a Radeon HD 3650pci video card because the guy at Best Buy told me it would work. I doesn’t. What do I need to do to make this run smooth? (On THIS computer!!!)

get rid of all the software in the background, vista’s unnecessary services, etc. 2gb of ram should be more than enough but only with all these things gone.
