What would be the best program to used to make, edit, and add special effects to make movies? How much would it cost and where would the best place be to get it? Doesn’t have to be professional.

If it doesn’t have to be professional then and assuming you are running Windows operating system.

Windows has a free movie maker that does the job 🙂 has plenty of transitions and such…
