Question by Glinda: What is the best video editing program?
I want a new video editing program and i want to know which one is the best? I have windows movie make, but its not very good. I want one with ALOT of effects. Also, what is the best video camera? One that doesnt cost alot. Thanks

Try Sony Vegas, Adobe Premier Elements, or Pinnacle Studio. As far as cameras, go to best buy and try some out to see which one you like best.
