Film Independent, the non-profit arts organization that produces the Spirit Awards and the Los Angeles Film Festival, announced that Joe Drake, Lionsgate’s Co-Chief Operating Officer and President of its Motion Picture Group, will be the keynote speaker at the 6th annual Filmmaker Forum, presented by indieWIRE, to be held October 29-31 at the Directors Guild of America, Los Angeles.
