Hi I’m Eighteen and live in Britain. I desperately want to learn film making but cannot afford to go to American school such as New York Film Academy and there is no way on my grades I get into UCLA. So I have decided to write scripts and hope to sell them and see where it goes. I cannot register at the WGAw because they ask for SSN and as I am British I need to know the equivalent British site please. I guess I just want any advice what so ever about getting into Hollywood what works what doesnt. I am attending Uni in September and it will cost me a fortune to study but I can get a loan whereas with the NYFA I cannot…..Is there anyway I can get a loan to study in NYFA (New York Film Academy)

Get an agent…someone who has appropriate contacts and can put your script in the hands of the right people.
