Hello is there anywhere i can sell my PHP scripts, or shall i just sell them on my website?

Themeforest is pretty good. Have never used it myself, but they have in the past held contests and prizes for the best scripts. There is also a large number of visitors to the site due to the popularity of the tutorial sites made by the same company. Link:
