i need a software which will help me make movie clips…like cutting a video to my desired clippings…for free. i used VCD cutter software but not very effective…i also want to capture photos when i watch a movie on my computer..can i do it?
plz give me answers to both the questions.
1. i want a free software to cut videos to small clippings
2.video capture program to make pictures of video scenes

look on www.tucows.com for video editing software. I think microsoft also has some software that will do this but im a mac user and it sound like you should be also, Macs come ready to do this right out of the box.
as for video capture you will need something like a ATI All in Wonder Video card
