A widowed father Advocate Triloki Prasad and his two sons Advocate Ashok, who is married to Geeta, and Alok, who has yet to settle down in their law firm, have a wealthy lifestyle. Alok is fond of music and does enroll in classes run by Pandit Jamuna Prasad. But things turn sour between Triloki and Ashok when he forces Alok to work in their law firm. Each of them tries to outsmart one another turning their relationship even bitter. Who wins and who loses in the end?
