I like the WakScripts written by Katie W. of the former luved.org.
Would I be allowed to edit them, fix the known bugs as long as i do not take credit for it and/or redistribute it?
Also, does anyone know where I can download WakHosting?
I want to look at it, fix bugs and use it on my website.

As long as the original copyright notice is kept in place, you can correct, modify or add/delete any of the code to make it work for your site.
