Animation movie idea help wanted.?

I want to make a animation with flash for fun and i have some ideas but i dont know how i should develop them. Can you please leave suggestions on how i could make the movie (like have this happen here). Or if you feel like you have a good idea please post it. thxs 😀

Idea 1.) I want it to be in like an elevator. I want it to be funny and something clever happen at the end. and if possible i would like the quote “dance like no one is watching, and when you see people are laugh your butt off.” to have some meaning in it (i dont want the quote in it but like something that happens makes you think of that quote.

Idea 2.) I want it to be about how things change but you have to live with them cuz you cant change them. I really dont know how i would do this so please help me.

That isn’t true, if you try hard enough it’ll change.
Suggestion: This is what you should do; Alright, so theres a couple, (a guy and a girl) and they are living happily and they have a great life. One day the girl gets really sick, and the only way to save her would be to get this herb that is out of reach and it’s impossible to get and it’s the only one in the universe (you choose the setting) he gets the herb, but on his way back, something happens and the herb is ruined.

that is a great example but you are free to change around the subjects and the characters in the story. Good luck, and have fun.
