Question by George: Any good free video editing software out there?
I can’t find any. All my friends are telling me to download a cracked version of Sony Vegas but I don’t want to because it’s illegal and I think it’s unfair to Sony :/ So any good ones? I just want to make montages and stuff for my games. Windows movie maker seems a little basic for me, and I think the quality isn’t always amazing exporting it. So any free ones? Thanks. 10 points for best one and even better if you could link a youtube video showing how it works and stuff 🙂

Unfortunately, Windows Movie Maker is the only free video editing software. There are other programs such as Ulead, Sony Vegas (which I use), and Adobe, but all of those costs money. However, plenty of them have 30-day trials I suggest you use. Sure, it’s only temporary, but at least you get the feel of the different programs.
I personally hate Windows Movie Maker. The effects are so limited, and the clips become extremely low quality. Sometimes the project has to be played from the beginning so the audio doesn’t mess up. A bunch of glitches, and problems are involved in that basic program.
Hope I helped.
