hi every body i am shirin and i am from iran(persia) maybe my english is not good but i try to write this letter for every body in the world why warner company make a wrong movie like 300 why try to chnage the persian culture ????because of the oil and the political games between bush and ahmadinejad ??????????why ?as you know i am from persia and as iranian youth i respect all culture from around the wrold and i like american people but know with this movie my mind is really change a bout the people around the world and about the warner compnay ????why alwayes try to destory iranian culture and background?????? for more information pls every body see this movie in the google ((Persepolis Recreated))

The movie 300 is actually decently historically accurate….in what way is it changing Persian history? Second of all, it’s a movie, and it’s meant to entertain. If someone wanted to watch an exact history, they’d turn on the Discovery Channel and watch some documentary on ancient Persia. Third….there is NOTHING political about the movie, it’s based on a true story of 300 Spartan warriors and a few hundred allies standing up to an army of over a million Persians, that gave the rest of Greece enough time to build up a force to stop Xerxes and his army from conquering Greece.
