I write TV show scripts and would like to sell my ideas/scripts. I have no agent. I do plan on moving to California.

Moving to CA would be helpful, but isn’t nessesary. You need to find a director or studio or is interested in your ideas. Are they scripts to already existing shows, or are they your own plots? Would the people be interested (example; Hannah Montana producers might be interested in your script, but people doing LOST already have their ideas)? Do research on other websites.
