Best free video editing software?

Question by MWY Wolf Am I: Best free video editing software?
I use a dazzle dvc100. I need something that will give me better quality than windows movie maker. I use windows xp. I couldn’t get my dazzle to work on my friends vista. Even when I do get it to work on xp the quality isn’t that nice. Any suggestions? I use it for making halo videos.

if you still are unsatisfied go to an IT hub located near your place and buy a cd/dvd which won’t cost you must.
