I have 10 & 12 year old boys who want to make Star Wars movies (with a digital camera/video recorder). I would like to know what software would be the best to purchase. They are not the most computer savvy – something easy to use would be best. Thanks (o:

I would use windows movie maker
it comes with windows XP and Vista pre installed so u dont need to buy anything
its really easy to use,nothing too hard, or hard at all
go to start > all programs > and movie maker
when your kids done making his movie, put the video on the desktop, then go to movie maker,
go to file > import into collections > and select ur movie files (if more than two, hold CTRL and click on the rest of the videos)
now just put the video on the timeline (on the bottom, there should be boxes)
just drag the first video in the first box then the other one into the 2nd box
when ur done go to file > save movie file > then save it to your desktop
use the reccomended settings for the size of it
your done =)
