Who am I?
Hi. I’m Kirill Pavlov. I’m 20 years old. I’m a student of St.Petersburg State University of Film and Television, studying at Faculty of Screen Arts, as a director of animation and CG.
And what I like?
I like to meet new people, to learn something new and interesting. I like rock music, skateboard and art. Favorite films – Escape from Shoushenk, The Mask, Paris, I Love You (Paris, Je t’Aime), Fear and Loathing in Las-Vegas. + tons of animation.
I like cats, sweet coffee, sound of bass guitar and contrabass, black t-shirts with good graphic.
I like to solve problems, to help people, to be a leader, to get pleasure from work.
Why I take part in this program?
I think International Students Exchange Program is a chance for us to get important experience in our profession, to learn about the way people are working in different country, to make art together. And I think it’s really interesting.
For students from DK.
I think we are able to create a good team of talented people, shoot good movie, learn a lot about each other and our countries and make RF and DK little closer.
Booming into the future
Boy, do I feel old. I didn’t particularly, other than the usual challenging issues that go with the passing years, until I read two recent articles here in The Ithaca Journal about “baby boomers,” of which I am one.
