I was making a clip show kirsten dunst using guns and roses song novermeber rain. And when I uploaded it they gave me a 7 pages of copy right. Saying no band, or the company that owns it doesn’t have the right too put this on youtube if they do not wish too. Can this happen does it apply for watching movies as well

Yes, and if they want to, they can charge you with copyright infringement.
