My camera take 3 minute videos. Is there a program so I can save these videos and compile them to eventually make a video and burn it to a cd..Please help

yes!
not sure how to download your clips since you didnt say what camera you have. but if youre able to do so, you can use “windows movie maker” program built in with windows to put your 3 minute clips together.
SHORT INSTRUCTION: open win movie maker, in the file tab click “import into collection” find the files (videos) you want to edit, once they’re in the “collection” drag and drop video thumbnails to the timeline below. arrange them in order. preview whole movie by clicking the play button above the timeline.
once everything is ok (you can do a lot more, feel free to experiment!) in the file tab choose “save movie file” choose where you want to create your video either a recordable cd, DVD or the hard drive..click”next”, complete choosing the options you want or just follow and use the default/recommended options then “next” and wait until its done writing your new video file.
after the file is created, check and play the video, everything should look the same as how you saw it in the preview.
