So I have thought up (what I think) is an extremely good plot line for a movie.
The problem is, I feel that is i write a script, i will ruin it as i am no proffesional writer.
So i was wondering if there is any way I can sell my idea to a film company who will later turn it into a movie.
If this is possible how much could i expect to get for it if the plotline is very good?
If it does work i would also like to have my name on is as it took me a very long time to get all the story emelents to fit together.
Is there any way that I can still take credid for creating the main character?
Its like you just know that James Bond belongs to Ian flemming, something like that.
So my question (to sum it up):
Can i sell an idea for a plot line without actually writing a script?
How much could i get for it the people i sel it to like it alot?
And
Is it possible to take the credit for creating the character if it is not me who writes the scrips?
Any help would be great!
